Help needed to Reactive EE Perks

I am unable to access EE perks. It says I’m already registered but my account has been deactivated. Not sure what to do next! Thanks 😊

Good luck. Im on my 4th day of trying to sort this out. Biggest load of twaddle. Maybe they dont really want to give us the 20%, just a big PR exercise
