Good evening I wanted to make a subscription to a phone I paid upfront and after it gave error and took me money from the card I want to cancel

The best way to get this cancelled would be to give our Customer Care team a call, they will be able to take information from you to try and find your order.

 

The alternative option is to send the phone back once it arrives.
