Help With Defence Discount Service and EE Perks

I have a Defence Discount Services (DDS) Card and have enjoyed the 20% discount for many years.

But with perks how do I apply the code provided by DDS, I tried to login to Perks with my EE account no joy - Tried to set up a Perk account, but my DDS card was not accepted.

Is this an error by EE or do I have to do something different.

This is just a phone upgrade on a account with the discount already applied from the last upgrade, do I go head and then the discount is added on the account, later not wanting to commit until I know the discount will be applied.

Can someone help or I may be going back to 3 Mobile

Hi there @JOV1

Thanks for coming to the community.

Our Perk team can only accept one of the following as proofs;

•    Certificate of service
•    Certificate of discharge (discharge papers)
•    Armed forces pension

Do you have one of these proofs you can upload on the Perk Portal?

You will need to add the perk discount when you upgrade.

Thanks.

Leanne.

Thanks for the advice - Perks asks for an ID card - most veterans do not have these unless the left the service in the last 18 months or so.

The Defence Discount Services Card which has has details and a photo was always sufficient as you have to prove your service to get one.

I have uploaded my Certificate of Service and I have my fingers crossed/.
