I order yesterday one iPhone 11pro and i don t recived nothing, today was delevery dat, i try to track my order and it s dosen t go, what i have to do?

@GianiBogdan , sorry, but you will have to speak to EE customer service to find out why it has been returned to EE.
It could be that the address, house number and flat number, if that exists, so when ringing them up, please double check with them, as we cannot answer here in the community.

Welcome to the community,
EE have a backlog of orders, as they are short staffed due to current situation and staff self isolating, so may take longer than usual. You will get a text from DPD the evening before and on the day of delivery another one letting you know roughly when they will deliver it. You can also download the DPD app and follow from there and get notifications.
