Has my order been accepted?

I have placed an order today and received the confirmation email and it has taken the upfront payment twice (not sure why) but how do I know my order has actually been accepted? As in the past I’ve got to this stage and then I’ve been declined

Usually if you receive a confirmation email, it means your order has been accepted.

 

Have you tried tracking your order in our online order tracker?
