6 month apple music subscript validation issue

Hi, im having an issue using my apple music addon 6 month trial.

I’ve enabled the addon, received the text from EE. Clicking the link to verify… apple music opens… i see a screen with a loading spinner saying “contacting ee to validate subscription”

This window disappears and nothing happens. The subscription does not show up in apple music and songs stop playing after 15 seconds.

any help would be appreciated

yea this happens on both wifi and cellular. I chatted with apple via help, they had me reinstall the app etc nothing worked.

they pointed out that the subscription had not been validated with ee. That would explain the message im seeing above
