Hi,
I am having a real issue trying to get access to EE Perks. It says deactivated as validation not completed in time. Spent time on phone to customer service who were unable to help. Can you please resolve so I can access discount for a new contract? I am very frustrated having been a customer for many years with three household contracts & wanting to add another. Please help
