Watch order

Hello,

 

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch, have had the confirmation of purchase email, but no details on delivery etc. When I try to track the order it says its unavailable to at this moment in time. 

 

Does anyone have any advice? Or is it a matter of just being patient? It's just my new phone turned up the next day and I ordered them at the same time.

I get super excited when I have some new tech on the way, so I totally get why you're itching to find out what's going on.

 

Could I please just check what version Samsung Galaxy watch you ordered, including the colour?

Thank you for your reply. It was the Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch, 40mm in Pink Gold.

@Winnie90 It looks like we are working with Samsung on getting more stock in that version. 

 

I would advise contacting our customer care team so they can look into any updates around this.
