Great Customer Service.

Recently I had some unexpected charges appear on my statement due to me using Webex at work for conference calls.

 

I spoke to customer services - Daniel ********, who took ownership of my issue, raised the issue within EE, called me back at agreed times and ensured my issue was resolved.

 

This is the best customer service I have had  in years, so thought I’d drop a note to say Thank You, Daniel went over and above to help me out.
