What's the maximum amount of data that I can give? And how frequent can I give it to my daughter?

You can gift up to all or any of your unused Data that you have left in 500mb increments all at once or in drips and drabs during your monthly cycle.

For Unlimited Pans you can gift up to 100gb,per month, some iPhone plans allow you to gift up to 120gb per month of unused Data, both of these options on Unlimited Plans are for Data amounts that you have not used on your own UL plan.
