SIM card came today

Good evening 

today I have had a SIM card delivered to my address in somebody else’s name who I don’t know, I have lived here for 3 years so know everyone close by and nobody knows this person. Have tried to contact EE to see is this is a fraud case and if someone is using my address fraudulently. Is there a direct number or Email that I can use

Do you have any existing services from EE?

 

If not, you can try using 0800 9566000 which shouldn't require a mobile number.
