Galaxy S21 series orders

Have you ordered a Galaxy S21 series, and have questions about your order?  Please read the below information. 

 

 

Why has my phone not been delivered in the timeframe shown when I placed my order?

 

We’re sorry for the delay, unfortunately, we received fewer handsets from the manufacturer than expected. We are working with Samsung to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

 

Where is my order?

 

Galaxy S21 series back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Samsung.

 

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.

 

How can I track my order?

 

We update the order tracker every time we get a delivery from the manufacturer. You just need your order number (which was emailed or text to you when you placed your order) and the email address or phone number you gave us.

 

If you ordered in store, the store will contact you as soon as your phone is ready to collect.

 

 

Can you tell me when I will receive my phone?

 

We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis. And we update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.

 

No delivery dates can be confirmed until they’re in the tracker, so remember to keep checking back for updates.

 

You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way. 

 

 

Why have I had no updates since placing my order?

 

We update the order tracker every time we get a delivery from the manufacturer. You just need your order number (which was emailed or text to you when you placed your order) and the email address or phone number you gave us. If you don’t have this please give our Mobile Care team a call.

 

If you ordered in store, they will contact you as soon as your phone is ready to collect

 

  

Do any orders get priority, such as those ordered online?

 

No, we send out devices according to when we received the completed order, whether this was online, in store, or over the phone.

 

The delivery timescale will vary depending on the colour and size variant you purchased.

 

 

Why do I get different information over the phone, in store and in the EE Community?

 

The information in the EE Community is the most up-to-date, and comes first-hand from our Samsung team, with whom we are in contact with and providing feedback.

I have received my phone, but I have no earphones or charger?

 

The Galaxy S21 series does not have earphones, or a charger plug in the box because Samsung wants to minimise the impact our products have on the environment.

How do I get my earbuds and Smart Tag that should have been included?

 

If you have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G, S21 Ultra 5G or S21 5G, between 1st - 30th September 2021, you can claim a free pair of Galaxy Buds Pro and a Galaxy Smart Tag.

 

To claim your gift, visit the claim portal within 60 days of your purchase date and complete the claim form including a scanned copy of your proof of purchase, the IMEI which can be found on the box or in the settings menus, and your personal details.

I have deleted the confirmation email that I got when I Upgraded, what can I use as proof of purchase?

Just wondering as I ordered mine 4 weeks ago today how many other people are waiting for this phone and what was your date of order ? 

@Pantspantry I ordered mine on the 29th September.  Nothing yet.

Stock said dispatched in 1 day when I ordered 🙄

Model: Samsung S21 5G Phantom White 256GB

Order Date: 22nd September 2021

Status: Awaiting confirmation

I am cancelling the order today to get Pixel 6 launched yesterday—the same price for a newer, better phone with free Bose 700 headphones. Plus, you will get the phone quicker than S21.

 

So the wait was a blessing in disguise. Thank you, EE!

I also ordered an S21 256G in phantom white. I placed my order on 24/09/21 and still "awaiting confirmation".
Was told it would be dispatched within 24hrs when I ordered. Called Customer Services 2 weeks ago and was told "it would 100% with you by the end of the week". That week came and went and still no phone!
Absolutely useless at giving information and now I just keep getting told it will be sent out within 7 days.......which is definitely lies!

@Jez3062 I was waiting from the 16th being told the same cancelled my order now 

I ordered a white S21 online on September 28. The EE website said it was available within 1 day. After a week of not receiving it, I called and was told the wait was now 14 days. After, 21 days, EE is now saying they will send it asap which is marketing talk for "We really have no clue when it will be available.". I can understand supply issues but making false statements about availability is very deceiving and plain wrong. I would have gone somewhere else if EE was honest about their ability to supply the new phone which I so desperately need.

 

Also, 25 of the 60 day limit for the free earbuds and smarttag promo have now past. What happens to my eligibility to avail of the promo if my order does not arrive within the 60 day limit. Will EE compensate for their failure?

 

Finally, please stop sending annoyingly misleading emails! This is how the last one was worded after a 3 week delivery delay:

 

"Great news! Your new Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 256GB Phantom Whit is coming soon and your order will be with you shortly."

 

Which is then immediately and unfortunately followed by:

"Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date."

 

So... NOT "Great News" after all!

Hi @Dennislabs 

 

You'll still be able to claim your Galaxy Buds after the 60 days if your order has been delayed. They'll just need the normal proofs that you ordered within the time-frame.

 

Any problems with claiming, please let us know.
