Have you ordered a Galaxy S21 series, and have questions about your order? Please read the below information.
Why has my phone not been delivered in the timeframe shown when I placed my order?
We’re sorry for the delay, unfortunately, we received fewer handsets from the manufacturer than expected. We are working with Samsung to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Where is my order?
Galaxy S21 series back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Samsung.
You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.
How can I track my order?
We update the order tracker every time we get a delivery from the manufacturer. You just need your order number (which was emailed or text to you when you placed your order) and the email address or phone number you gave us.
If you ordered in store, the store will contact you as soon as your phone is ready to collect.
Can you tell me when I will receive my phone?
We allocate stock on a first come, first served basis. And we update our order tracker as soon as deliveries arrive, so you can see the latest information we have.
No delivery dates can be confirmed until they’re in the tracker, so remember to keep checking back for updates.
You will receive a text from DPD, by 8pm the day before your delivery, to confirm that it's on its way.
Why have I had no updates since placing my order?

If you ordered in store, they will contact you as soon as your phone is ready to collect
Do any orders get priority, such as those ordered online?
No, we send out devices according to when we received the completed order, whether this was online, in store, or over the phone.
The delivery timescale will vary depending on the colour and size variant you purchased.
Why do I get different information over the phone, in store and in the EE Community?
The information in the EE Community is the most up-to-date, and comes first-hand from our Samsung team, with whom we are in contact with and providing feedback.

I have received my phone, but I have no earphones or charger?
The Galaxy S21 series does not have earphones, or a charger plug in the box because Samsung wants to minimise the impact our products have on the environment.

How do I get my earbuds and Smart Tag that should have been included?
If you have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G, S21 Ultra 5G or S21 5G, between 1st - 30th September 2021, you can claim a free pair of Galaxy Buds Pro and a Galaxy Smart Tag.
To claim your gift, visit the claim portal within 60 days of your purchase date and complete the claim form including a scanned copy of your proof of purchase, the IMEI which can be found on the box or in the settings menus, and your personal details.

Hi Leanne,
As nice as your meager update is, as it gives everyone waiting who has been misled with 24hr and 7 day deliveries, little information. I have now been waiting 10 working days, with the same line fed to me everytime I call CS. Not one of your colleagues can give anyone actual firm delivery date. So people can arrange to be home to receive it.
See here is the thing EE, people have paid to upgrade! £50 or £30, what did we pay for to be kept in the dark, misfed information, lied to?
Are you going to refunding everyone who has had to wait more than 24hrs when the order was placed stating it was in stock and would be with their recipients in that time frame? Probably not... or shall we just call OFCOM?

We are working with Samsung to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We'll send you a text message with tracking details as soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order. If the delivery date isn't suitable, you can reschedule via the DPD app or website.

Hi I'm still waiting for the other half of my order. It's been over a month now. I ordered 2 x s21 for my wife and I, I've received mine but my wife is still not arrived?

I ordered mine almost 4 weeks ago and still nothing. Contacted online chat yesterday and all they suggested was to cancel the order. They took my upfront cost quick enough and then nothing.
When I enquired about the earbuds and smarttag as it needs to be claimed within 60 days of ordering. The way it is going I won't even have received the phone by that deadline and need those details to submit a claim.
Absolutely shocking service. Why didn't the salesperson who processed my upgrade tell me that there were no phones but still took my money.
Even the advisor (and their manager) yesterday couldn't give me an estimate of when I'm likely to receive anything.

i have been checking the expected delivery date as detailed, and at the end of last week, it detailed "between the 11th and 15th"... however i have checked today, and it is back to "Awaiting Confirmation".
can you please shed some light onto why this is please.

We have no account access here on the community, I would recommend giving our customer care team a call who can look into your order.
Alternatively, you can keep check of the online order tracker which will update once your phone is ready for delivery. You will also receive a text message from DPD the day before.

My order has also gone back to awaiting confirmation.
Customer services were not helpful - ‘you are near the top of the list’ and also told me to phone my bank to get money back from an upfront payment which should have been refunded (changed order so had to pay again)

Hi, I'm trying to claim my Samsung promotion after receiving my S21 Ultra last week. I keep getting emails back saying "we need more information from you", though I've sent the order number, delivery email and order confirmation email from EE. Most recently, one of the emails added the line:
"Sadly we are unable to accept PayPal payments."
I did pay for the upgrade fee using PayPal, however I didn't see any warning that this would make me ineligible, nor do I see this stated in the terms and conditions of the Samsung claim site. Regardless - I'm not paying Samsung anything, I don't see why it would make a difference. I just wanted to check if this is correct information before I raise it with Samsung.
