Full size SIM card

I need a full size credit card sized SIM card for my classic car phone ,can I get one and if so how ?

 

preferably as a second sim so I don’t have to keep turning my other phone off etc

When I did this I used a very thin gummed paper (that you need to moisten). I did this because the glue that’s used on tapes can go sticky over time and leave a mess. 

My first handheld phone had a full credit card sized SIM , accessible from the outside. You could borrow a friends phone, slot in the card and all your numbers were there (this was before SMS)
