Free sim 48 hour delivery

Hi there,

 

I ordered a free sim and it said that it would be delivered within 48 hours. I understand that with the pandemic timing of deliveries may be delayed. But is there a way to contact ee to confirm this? Or change my delivery address?

@CJM04   You can not change the address especially if it’s already been sent out.  SIM cards are also sent out via Royal Mail so I highly doubt it was a 48hour delivery. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive, as @Chris_B has advised once the SIM has been ordered we would be unable to change the address. 

 

Hope the SIM arrives soon for you 🙂
