I purchased a pixel 4 a with a free gift an LG TV.
I never received a text with the courier details.
Rang customer services to see when I will receive my TV. Was told that it was attempted 3 times. They had the wrong address.
TV was received back to sender at 9 am Wednesday 25th Nov.
Been back forth with agents and no one has a clue what's going on.
A team leader took my case today 1st December.
And didn't get anywhere with the supply team.
What on earth is going on?

I'm sorry to hear your delivery didn't go through. What was the latest that the team leader said?
Is it still being investigated by them?

The same news I get from all the ee agents and the TL "no news today"
As it stands I think they are investigating it. But having have 8 days and counting to resend the TV is laughable.
