Hi,
ive been attempting to upgrade a sim only plan and tried as an add to plan, offers for LG tv.
I’ve now place 3 different orders, 2 upgrades and 1 add to plan.
the first 2 apparently failed, 1 - possible my error and card payment failed, tried to contact and for love not money couldn’t get to the right department to sort.
placed again - and call and got through, had order number but got told the order didn’t exist and they couldn’t honour as at of TV’s perhaps why it fail, went round the houses and then basically got offered the same packaged I’d originally went for, then line cut out.
then decided to bin off the idea to upgrade as it was causing more problems then worth and all in all cost was about the same to add to plan.
So Saturday I did that and again had order number etc.
since then nothing. Payment wasn’t taken and no further communication.
I’ve tried to get through by phone, for it to say call again later and no listing to speak to someone regarding a physical add to plan order, just the music data etc.. Fustrated to say the least after trying to navigate the menus for about the 4th occasion, for it to say we are busy call back later or tomorrow.
Simply shocked. What is going on ??
I’m I getting a TV or not, has any of these order even hit the system and when if so I’m I like to see this item appear?
lastly, I just want someone to speak to whom has a system to check it, especially after 1 lost order completely!
Perhaps community may help, but unless you can check my order, not sure you can!
