I upgraded my sons phone on 29th Nov for the Nintendo switch, I have recieved the phone and a text saying my switch will be dispatched but when I click on the terms it says the offer expired on 26th but it was still online when I ordered on 29th,I have spoken to a rep on Tues of last week and she confirmed I would be getting the switch but that was before I got the text with the terms
