Just wanted to say how lovely Kelly was when she helped me sort out my new sim only plan on Sunday. She was a pleasure to chat with when the relevant information was going through and even called me back when I somehow hung up before it was sorted. Hope this gets fed back to the relevant people as I promised to leave her some and she was so grateful. Its far too easy to criticise lately and feel it’s credit where it’s due as people like her more often than not get overlooked. I honestly hope I deal with her again in the future if I ever have an issue as nothing was too much trouble 🙂
