I just received my new IPhone with the free Beatsx earphones, despite trying all the guides/advice They won’t work, but I can’t see how/who to report the fault to?

Hi, they won’t connect via Bluetooth. The charging light goes on when plugged in, but as soon as unplugged there is no light. I’ve tried resetting repeatedly with no luck.
i can’t see any number to ring for help.

I had that issue with mine before I took them to a Apple store and they replaced them under warranty.
If you have just had them EE should be able to replace them for you I would speak to 150 to see if they can arrange a replacement for you.
