Free Beats Flex Earphones?

I just upgraded by Sim only monthly tariff and it said "Comes with Beats Flex Earphones" - but after choosing my plan and confirming the details - I've seen no further mention of it - anyone else ?

Hi,

Unfortunately not, I don't have time to try during the day. I am attempting
to get throught to them now as we speak, but have had no luck so far.

Just had another 2 live chats both freeze on me after about 20 minutes. Another evening wasted. 

I took the contract out 62 days ago and I'm still chasing EE to send the earphones I was promised, this is an absolute joke.

Can you not just take the action offline from your end and sort it out, instead of adding valueless comments on here?

I've been in contact with EE customer service more times since taking this contract out than I have with my previous providers combined over the last 10 years...

Just wanted to say that I did get mine. I can’t remember exactly when - was probably about two weeks or so later.

Day 77, still no headphones. Two EE employees have contacted me to say that customer services would be in touch within 72 hours, this was about two weeks ago and I'm still yet to be contacted.

 

I have since contacted customer services over the phoneid waste this week. The customer service employee tried to fob me off saying that I took the offer out 1 day before the promotion began, which simply isn't the case. A google search will show articles mentioning the deal being active before the date which I took it out. I then presented her with a transcript I had from a live chat I'd had with another customer service employee, where he says that I am eligible and goes on to say that he has ordered the headphones for me and they will be with me in 72 hours! This was weeks ago. The employee on the call said she would have to discuss it with her manager and she would call me back. OF COURSE SHE NEVER DID...

 

This is absolutely shambolic customer service from EE.

Yeah, the same message you sent to me 3 weeks ago, to which I replied. Never heard anything back though. Please stop wasting my time and follow through with your duty.

I thought I'd got it wrong. I took my contract on 8/10/21 so it's been 44 days. I still haven't received any emails or text informing a delivery date. Why advertise a gift if you're not giving it?
