Free Beats Flex Earphones?

I just upgraded by Sim only monthly tariff and it said "Comes with Beats Flex Earphones" - but after choosing my plan and confirming the details - I've seen no further mention of it - anyone else ?

Welcome to the community.

If you've taken out an eligible plan, your earphones will be delivered within 15-45 days of receiving your SIM.

Same delivery timescale but from the day that your plan changes over.

Hi,

Took my contract out on 27/11/20 (49 days ago) and still not received the ear phones. Tried to ring up and ask, but I was on hold for 10 minutes before I got randomly disconnected.

hours. I'm still yet to receive them and I cant get through to anyone to
