Upgraded to sim only 200gb £25 which had the offer of the Free Beats Flex Earphones
Had switched to this contract over a week ago and have realised not heard anything further about the free earphones and unable to get in contact via live chat as keeps auto going we're unable to help with your enquiry

I upgraded my account in nov and I still have not received the free beats headphones also , who is the best contact to try and reach as I’ve had the same “I’ll call back line” several times
