For tracking my order where will I find my 10 digit order number

Hi @Berny1 

 

It should be a 12 digit number starting with XKN.

 

You should have a text or email with this number.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Have you found the number in your email or text confirmation?

 

The 10-12 order number can be numbers only, or a combination of letters and numbers.
