then you need to call customer services as they want to speak to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Leebolsover1973   You need to call as EE will not just send out over £1000 worth of tech until they speak with you,  they don’t know who you are as you don’t have any history with EE.    If you don’t call you’ll not receive anything.

To purchase an Apple Watch you would need an iPhone SE, an iPhone 6 or above running iOS 12 or later software on our EE network with either a SIM only or a pay monthly plan.

 

Did you order a device or SIM only plan at the same time?
