@Leebolsover1973 You need to call as EE will not just send out over £1000 worth of tech until they speak with you, they don’t know who you are as you don’t have any history with EE. If you don’t call you’ll not receive anything.

To purchase an Apple Watch you would need an iPhone SE, an iPhone 6 or above running iOS 12 or later software on our EE network with either a SIM only or a pay monthly plan.
Did you order a device or SIM only plan at the same time?

Have you spoken to our Sales team?
Our EE Shop does advise you would need a pay monthly plan with us to purchase the Apple Watch.
