I have received today an email saying that openreach upgraded my area to gigafast speeds, I would like to stay with EE and upgrade but how long I will have to wait for fibermax? Currently only BT and ZEN shows ability to connect me? Is it a matter of days or weeks for EE?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

Yes, EE Full Fibre Max 900 should be available there now (WBC FTTP). It will require an eng. visit to install.

Now do the BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker with your phone no. if you have 1, or your Access ID which you can get from CS.
