Data gifting not working via app or the website

 

I need to gift data urgently

@Katie_B yes she is under my account and i’ve gifted her data numerous times. I’ve tried both on the app and website and on each it says the transfer was unsuccessful and it also won’t show any of her data.

I would recommend reporting this to our technical care team who can look further into your account.

Hi @Esh3

 

You can do this by calling 150 from your EE handset. 

 

You will then need to select the options to speak with technical support.

I am unable to gift data to either of my childrens devices. I have tried on the app and on the web, I first could not do this on Tuesday 15th. I have tried regularly since.

Same here since yesterday morning.

 

Not working on app or website and can’t show data use on any device.

 

Says ‘try again later’ 

 

If there is an issue at ee end can we be told?
