Data gifting

I have been trying to gift data to my son on the app and it says the App is not working I tried online and it said data gifting unsuccessful it has been going on for 2 days

Welcome to the community.

If you're unable to gift data, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

They will be able to look into this further and manually gift data for you if necessary.
