Hey. So the new s21 came out and since I was on sim only plan for the next 2 years, I though I'd upgrade to S21 ultra 256gb. Since all the stores are closed, the only way you can do this is online which I guess is an easy process however for me the rates for the deals are too high so I managed to get a better deal through upgrade chat. The customer assistant was kind of unprofessional as he even had the need to tell me it's his first day working there but hey.. I'm just trying to get an upgrade. Anyway all went fine, chose my plan, paid upfront charge etc.. right after that though, I've got cut out of the chat and was unable to access it no matter what I've tried. Now I was charged £100 for upfront and have a new direct debit set up but I have no confirmation email of my order and even if the order went through, where are they gonna send the email? Never gave my address anywhere. Just think the whole process was very bad and you'd think they would be more prepared for this if all the stores are closed. Any suggestions what I should do next?

It was indeed messed up an order was put on hold. Miss the times you could just go to store and buy everything there..😂
