Face time

Only happens in doors face time freezes and breaks up. Cannot use indoors. Family phones are ok but mine is not a good reception.

Does this happen on Mobile Data or WiFi?

 

Does the call disconnect or break up and go distorted?

Hi yes it does distort and freezes and voice breaks up. I use our wifi indoors (my house) when I’m out it works ok. Very frustrating.

Does your WiFi work well with other devices, or is it slow for other things too?

 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

@Jo1950  So your issue is when your using WiFi.   Have you tried restarting the router ?  Turn it off for 30+ seconds before you restart it and then try again it also might be worth removing the router from your device and setting it up from scratch again.
