No delivery date

I ordered the green iPhone 11 yesterday but had no delivery date  or text about it what can I do

Welcome to the community,

 

Did you receive an email with an order number? You could log-in to My EE and click on what’s new and there you should see track my order and will see any updates, otherwise you can ring customer service and they can check this out for you.

 

You will receive an email/text the evening before delivery from DPD and on the day of delivery with a one hour window. If you have the DPD app, you can also keep a check there. 

 

Unfortunately here in the forums we have no access to accounts etc.

You'll receive a text message with your delivery slot before 8pm on the day before your delivery.

 

In stock phones are usually dispatched with 24 hours so you should receive an update today.
