Hi,
I am doing number porting and trying to fill the online form. Everything goes well until the system asked me to enter my numbers. The error occurred on the existing EE number on the EE sim card. I confirmed with 150 that the number is what I entered but the system showed the number is invalid. I believe this is a technical issue. Can someone help?

Were out Customer Care team able to help you manually complete this?
Did they confirm your PAC was being accepted?
