Warranty repairs

I have a Huawei P20 Pro and the biometrics has stopped working. The phone is less than 2 years old. Could you confirm it is still under warranty and, if so, how I go about getting it repaired. Thank you.

Welcome to the community.

 

You can book a repair online, or take the phone to your local EE Store and book it through them.
