Emails unable to send on Outlook

Hi We are having trouble sending Emails
keep getting this message
host eur.olc.protection.outlook.com[104.47.6.33]
said: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [208.91.198.28] weren't sent.
Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network
is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to
http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

Usually when this happens your public IP addy has been blacklisted cuz a previous user of that IP was detected spamming. All you can do is re-sync your router to try to obtain another clean IP addy.
However 208.91.198.28 is not an EE IP public addy.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

If i change Internet back to our existing BT Broadband the emails send fine.
How do i reset?

Well, of course! BT is giving you an entirely diff public IP.
