Email syncing

I have new Galaxy S21 - have trouble getting emails from my pc / email server, BT.  I have Outlook installed on pc and also on the Galaxy but cannot get emails to my Galaxy.  I have tried so many times without success - must be doing something wrong but what? Any suggestions would be a great help please

What have you put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?
