My email confirmation does not state the phone I have ordered. I need this to claim free watch. Also no confirmation on my order,  it was only yesterday but curious if item is in stock. There were issues all day yesterday with EE. Took 8 hours for customer services to do my order.

You'll receive a delivery note with your phone that you can use as your proof of purchase.

Hi @James_B can you update me what is happening with Z3 orders? The lady on Friday told me it was in stock. But I'm reading lots of posts of people waiting up to 21 days for delivery. I've paid my early upgrade fee of almost £200 and need to recycle my existing phone to cover that. Had I known there is going to be a long delay on delivery I might have considered a different model. My order showing no new updates at all regarding delivery

My order didn't change, I rang 150 yesterday and she gave me the DPD tracking reference, my Z3 is being delivered tomorrow.

Was it the Z fold or Flip you ordered? Which colour?

Hi @James_B I've spoken to EE and they've amended order however I've just noticed he's put the incorrect GB on the amendment. I was changing colour from Black to Cream 256 GB but he's put Cream 128 GB. Do you need order number?
