Early upgtade fee not taken

Hi I did an early upgrade for £100 on the 20-01-2021 for a Samsung s21 ultra ( preorder) i also added a fast charger so the total was £129.99. I paid it and I got a conformation email for my order with order number but it has not been took out of my bank and it is not pending either. Its due to come on release day which is Friday so I'm starting to get a bit worried now
