Hi. I’ve lost my phone and it’s only due for an upgrade in November 2022, what can I do?

I am sorry to hear this.
Is your phone insured?
If not, there would be a fee required to upgrade for a new device.
If your not looking to upgrade, you can request a replacement SIM so you can continue to use your services in on another phone.
I would also recommend reporting this to our customer service team who can block your lost phone and suspend your SIM that is in the device.
