Early upgrade no tracking

Hello, 

 

two days ago I ordered a new phone (iPhone SE 64GB) and paid an early upgrade fee of around £90. I understand that tracking can take 24 hours to be available but it has now been 48 hours and I have heard nothing. I am only annoyed about this because the early upgrade fee would have been less the longer I waited to order and since the phone hasn’t turned up yet I may as well have waited and paid less. 

does anyone know how to get ahold of some information?

Have you checked your junk/spam folders? 

 

If you cannot use EE order tracker then you will need to call EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Checked all email folders and also the tracking page just says sorry information not available. I just want to avoid calling them as I genuinely really get anxious with phone calls.

You could try using live chat instead of calling, they will also have access to your account.

It’s all sorted now, I did ring them and it ended up being a bank problem so the man on the phone was extremely helpful and he even reduced my early upgrade fee.
