Free Beats Flex Earphones

Hi,

I just upgraded my Sim only plan. The offer stated that I would get free Beats Flex earphones with the purchase however, after checking out, I haven’t seen no mention of the Free Beats earphones or any communication stating if/when they will be delivered.

Anyone else had the same issue?

If so, did you eventually receive your Free Beats via post?

Yes i have just taken a new £25 contract that should of had the beats flex earphones and i have received the sim but again no mention of the earphones......What”s going on EE.
