I recently early upgraded over the phone, my bank account has been charged but I have had no confirmation e-mail or text. Also on my EE account at still has all my old details. Is there a wait time before things are clear? Please help.

folder as you should of had a confirmation email.

I have checked my e-mails all day yesterday and today. I am giving it another 24 hours before I contact EE. I was just curious, thought it odd I had no e-mail about it what so ever.
