Can I change my order of my iPad 2018 to an iPad Pro

I’ve ordered the iPad 2018 and want to change to the iPad Pro 10.5 is it possible to amend my order

It depends on when you ordered it, and if it's in the post.

 

You should call CS after  8am.

 

 




To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

If you ordered it online or by phone you have a 14-day cooling off period from delivery to cancel it FoC & reorder another. Beforehand you could try & phone EE to see if they will swap it before dispatch.

 

No such returns policy applies if you ordered it in an EE store.
