Hello all,
I am in the process of trying to leave my current mobile broadband provider (Three) and move to EE instead. I successfully received a STAC from Three (I do not need to keep the number hence STAC instead of PAC). I currently have a PAYG data SIM from EE so using the page located at: https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/keeping-your-number I submitted the STAC which it accepted. Shortly after, a text arrived on my EE SIM saying 'we were unable to process your STAC, please call us on 150'.
As the EE website says to only call them if it is urgent (it isn't), is there any other method I can try?
Edit: I realise I've posted this in the 'porting number' topic but it looked the most relavant to my situation.

I'd look at this the other way around. The IVR prompts are to encourage callers who don't need to call, to find other means. The fact that your text message advises you to call, means you need to call.
