So I’ve ordered my iPhone 13 Pro Max and part of my deal was I sent my iPhone 11 Pro back for recycling. I now have an email saying I have to send my phone back when I have no idea when the new one is coming.
I was told I had 14 days from delivery of the new one. I assume this still stands?
