So I’ve ordered my iPhone 13 Pro Max and part of my deal was I sent my iPhone 11 Pro back for recycling. I now have an email saying I have to send my phone back when I have no idea when the new one is coming. 
I was told I had 14 days from delivery of the new one. I assume this still stands?

You will not be required to send your old phone back until your new phone has arrived. 

If you receive any messages advising you will be charged please contact our customer care team so they can make a note on your account.
