iPhone 12 pro

I completed an order for a pay monthly iPhone 12 Pro yesterday, they took my £30 upfront payment, then had an email telling me I had to phone to complete my order why is this?

Does this mean my credit check has passed then? They just want to confirm it’s me placing the order?

The @Chris_B ,is correct but to add EE are having issues with their CS phone lines so you might need to call later or tomorrow.
