EE charging for calls

I joined EE over a month ago on sim only I upgraded to a phone which I got the deal unlimited data unlimited calls and unlimited texts but for some reason there charging me to make calls to 0800 numbers land lines and mobes I have rang EE several times they keep saying there going to sort and keep taking money of my bill but the bill keeps going up what can I do thankyou

Your screenshot has been rejected as it contains your mobile number & account number in free text - and this is a public internet forum.

0800 calls are free from all UK phones, and if you've genuinely been charged for these then that's an error.

Otherwise there's no account access on this public forum and you'll need to call EE C/S on 150 to resolve billing queries.
