Maybe give someone more than 24 hours to reply to an email when you’ve gone more than a month before telling them their “in stock” order isn’t in stock? Just a thought.

There is no account access on these forums. You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue.
EE don't need your consent to cancel a contract which hasn't started.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
