EE Perks Login Issues

Hi, I am having issues creating my EE Perk login. When I login it states "Unfortunately we were unable to verify your Employee Id Card". When I select "Prefer to register by company email?" and give the required information it states "The email address supplied is already registered." It seems to be stuck in a loop.
