EE Perk not generating a new code

Hi All,

 

Anyone know why my EE Perk account isn't generating a new discount code. I have generated my first code today and used that, but when I try to generate a new code for my partner to use it doesn't give me a new one. Do I have to wait for my current code status to be set to "applied" before it'll provide a new one?

Welcome to the EE Community. 

 

I have spoken with our Perk team who have confirmed you will be able to generate a new code right after using your previous one if you have not exceeded 5 codes. 

 

Please could you try again to generate a code?
