Are you wanting to buy something? Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading.

No, I already purchased my sim only deal and was having issues with logging onto my perks account so it was cancelled and I made a new one. I was told this could be added to my current sim deal

Hi @NW12,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

As @XRaySpeX said, EE Perk discount codes need to be redeemed at the point of purchase.

If you have been advised differently, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Care to see if there is anything they can do to help.

Thanks

James

You can't apply a discount code to an existing contract; only to a new contract or upgrade at the time you are buying it.
